Instructions for Completing Digital Scan Using Polycam

(For Apple Pro Devices Only)

Download Polycam app

• Open app and create a sign in- use first and last name (this is needed to identify scans)

• Select one of the options on the “What do you do?” page

• Try Polycam Pro or exit out of the window for the free version

• Select one of the options on the “What will you be using Polycam for?” page

• Click a 3D environment on the “What will you capture first?” page

• Click start scanning and ensure “LiDAR” is selected at the bottom of the screen

• Tap record button and slowly move your camera around the space which you have purchased a design for; be sure to capture all surfaces

• Tap record button again to complete scan

• Click process

• Click the icon with the three dots at the top left corner

• Click share to upload to polyweb

• Enter “Wrenovate” in the search bar

• Click send invite

Please review video instructions for scanning or taking physical measurements below. We request that you send us a minimum of FIVE photos regardless of which method you use. Please e-mail photos to hey@wrenovate.com. If you choose to measure yourself, once we receive photos of your space, we will send you a template that can assist you with measuring and will give us the information we need.
