Are you able to create a design within my budget?

Your budget is one of the very first things we consider when creating a design for you here at Wrenovate. We understand the importance for clients to stay within a set dollar amount so they can evaluate the fixed costs of renovation and repair. We will communicate clearly to ensure we are always on the same page financially.

What if I don’t like the design created for me?

One revision is included with all Wrenovate design packages. This includes material, layout and even complete design style changes. Rest assured, our comprehensive consultation process will ensure we have the same vision for whatever project you’re working on.

Do you offer exterior designs as well?

While exterior designs are not currently part of the pre configured packages we offer, we are always looking for feedback on adding more services. If an exterior design is something you are looking for, we may be able to assist you through one of our custom packages. Schedule a complimentary initial consultation and one of our team members will assist you in curating your custom design package.

Do you have any contractors you work with directly?

We do not currently have a network of contractors we work with directly. We are looking to add this feature in the future. If you are a licensed contractor and are interested in becoming a part of our team, please contact us through our email, hey@wrenovate.com

What do I need to do to implement the design after I receive it?

The process of implementing the design will depend on whether you are planning to do it yourself or hire a licensed contractor. If you indicate in the “New Customer Questionnaire” you will DIY the project, we will include articles and videos on how to complete the various elements in your design. If you indicate you plan to hire a contractor, we will provide suggestions on hiring a contractor and some things to look out for.

One of the products in my design is currently out of stock, what do I do?

In the event one of the materials used in your design is out of stock or currently unavailable, please reach out to us. We have a thorough understanding of the products we use in our designs and are happy to assist you in locating a replacement.
